Over the last two years we have experienced a significant increase of demand for properties and houses in the Grândola mountain and especially in the Melides area, that presents us with its fabulous sea view, worthy of a postcard.
Responding to the market, we started 2021 with a reinforced team at our Melides office with the appointment of a new team leader who will take over the office management and a real estate consultants team dedicated to support our clients and partners.
Luís Gonçalves joined the team at the beginning of the year as a Team Leader, with Information Systems degree and professional experience in Media and Technologies industry, is for many years working in real estate market, after accepting the challenge of joining Engel & Völkers Comporta team and leading the local office, located in the center of the village just in front of the famous and peculiar restaurant “O Melidense”.
The remaining team is comprised by Luís Ferreira (62 years old), who has been with us for almost a year and a native of Grândola, has spent a large part of his life abroad and speaks fluent English and French, Nuno Pinto (26 years old) is from Alcácer do Sal and recently joined the “parents” team and Daniel Caspa (42 years old), resident in Melides, with engineering degree but with a consistent knowledge of real estate and market activity of Melides.
