How did your journey at Engel & Völkers begin?
My journey at Engel & Völkers began even before I became a member of the team. I received the book " Raise to Sell " before my job interview and, as I flicked through its pages, I realised that becoming a property consultant would be the next exciting challenge for my career. Fortunately, I was recruited and welcomed with open arms by an incredible team, always willing to help and extremely dynamic. The combination of the supportive environment and my own personal motivation made the onboarding process smooth and enabled me to achieve significant professional realisations.
What motivated you to look for a change?
The search for a change was driven by a constant desire to improve. I wanted a job that would not only give me greater financial freedom, but also an environment where I could fully apply my potential and skills.

What is your analysis of the sales market in the area you will be working?
With regard to the sales market in which I operate, I can say that we are immersed in a scenario of continuous growth. My observation over the years has revealed a remarkable evolution, and I firmly believe that the market still has a lot of potential to grow beyond that.
What advice would you give to people who are looking for a professional change but are afraid?
For those who are considering a professional change but are afraid, I'd like to share that nothing is possible without determination and persistence. My experience so far has taught me to take risks and face challenges with courage. Success isn't handed out easily; it's earned with determination and effort.
What aspect of your profession captivates you the most?
What I'm most passionate about in my profession is the opportunity to interact with people, explore new places, find creative solutions and, of course, the rewarding financial perspective it offers me. Every day brings new encounters, challenges and opportunities to create meaningful connections with clients and colleagues.
