With the opening of the new store in the village of Carvalhal, on June 10th, we continue the work done over the last few years, without changes, but adding the local presence, a wider and more dignified space to receive our clients, partners and friends and a real estate establishment team consultants specialized in the area.
Carvalhal for its physical location and real estate projects under development in the area, Comporta Retreat, Quinta da Comporta Hotel, Casas da Encosta, future hotel JNcQuoi Comporta, La Reserve, Sublime Hotel, Muda Reserve, Spatia Comporta, is becoming the Comporta nuclear real estate development heart.
It was at the beginning of 2014 when the first idea came up to develop a premium real estate company that could be a business partner for homeowners, real estate developers and investors and support the growing demand from national and overseas individual investors.
On May 17, 2015 we opened the first store in the picturesque and rustic village of Comporta that allowed us to move forward with the project and local presence. The license covers an exclusive license area along the Alentejo coast that includes the municipalities of Alcácer do Sal, Grândola, Santiago do Cacém, Sines and Odemira.
For the next years our expectation is to reaffirm and consolidate the Alentejo coast as a new world wide tourist destination dispelling all doubts that might exist with the advance of the "suspended" projects for many years and the development of new ones. A special wish that the evolution and consolidation of the area join together the entire population, government entities, real estate developers and investors, and all to move towards in the creation and development of a high quality tourist destination with high standards that will allow us to distinguish from other world tourist destinations already consolidated.
