This is the newest area of ​​Vale do Lobo. With larger plots (over 1500m2) and overlooking the golf, this area is expected to benefit from the infrastructure and future dynamics of the hotel, and residential project that is currently being prepared at the northern entrance to Vale do Lobo. Vale Real is an untouched oasis where natural beauty seamlessly blends with a meticulously designed golf course, creating an extraordinary property location. Despite feeling worlds away, Vale Real is conveniently close to the beach, tennis academy, and the vibrant Praça. Vale do Ténis

In the Vale do Ténis area there are townhouses and apartments strategically positioned in proximity to the renowned Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy and approximately 1.5 km from the beach and the square of Vale do Lobo. It boasts a total of 13 courts as well as mini tennis and padel facilities. Welcoming members and visitors alike, the Academy runs a busy year-round programme of individual and group coaching, tournaments, social match days and other experiences.  Free weekly level assessments are also available. The amenities of Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy are: 9 hard courts (4 floodlit), 4 artificial clay courts (all floodlit), 3 padel courts (all floodlit), swimming pool, fitness gym, pro shop, bar and restaurant.

Vale das Mimosas

Vale das Mimosas, is an emblematic area of 68 spacious 3 bedroom semi-detached villas with swimming pool, in a privileged situation with incredible views, overlooking the Golf with the ocean at the back. It named for its charming setting, enchants residents with a cozy atmosphere. Although it’s one of the oldest areas of Vale do Lobo, it’s popularity is high and the majority of properties have already been modernised. This residential gem within Vale do Lobo provides a retreat from the vibrant activities of the resort while maintaining easy access to the array of amenities that define the area.

Aldeia Sul

Aldeia Sul comprising a very picturesque area with Mediterranean-inspired architecture characterised by 2 and 3 bedroom townhouses in narrow streets. This area is very popular due to its proximity to the Square and the beach. Currently, the vast majority of properties located in this area have been completely renovated with interiors and infrastructure, creating very comfortable holiday homes in a tranquil environment.

Aldeia Norte

Mirroring its southern counterpart, Aldeia Norte offers an equally enchanting experience with 2 and 3 bedroom townhouses. With cobblestone streets, lush gardens, and a peaceful ambiance, residents find themselves immersed in a residential haven that captures the essence of Vale do Lobo's charm.

Avenida do Mar

Avenida do Mar, is the main avenue of Vale do Lobo, starting at the entrance roundabout of the resort straight to the Dona Filipa Hotel, towards the sea/beach. It is is flanked by modern houses rebuilt from the oldest houses in Vale do Lobo. Currently, most of the buildings on this avenue were recently built, with contemporary lines. The plots have an average dimensions of 1000m2.

Oceano Club

Bordering the beautiful Ria Formosa, and facing the beach there is an area of ​​luxury villas overlooking the sea and the Ria Formosa, known as Ocean Club area – Vale do Lobo. It is a haven for beach lovers, places residents within easy reach of golden sands and azure waters. Encosta do Lobo

Perched on the hills, Encosta do Lobo offers a panoramic perspective of Vale do Lobo. This elevated enclave provides residents with breathtaking views of the resort, the ocean, and the lush greenery that characterizes this privileged location. It is an urbanisation (non-gated resort) and is basically a long road with approximately 14 large villas on both sides, the south-side villas have excellent sea views. There are no condominium charges and the public areas and infrastructure are maintained by Infralobo. There is also no reception. If you wish to rent, you have to find a private rental & maintenance company as well as your own security company. No communal pool. There are still some urban plots which can be built on. Planning is governed by the Council of Loulé. 

Quadradinhos

Quadradinhos is located immediately near the main entrance of Vale do Lobo. It is not part of Vale do Lobo and is classified as an urbanisation / housing estate.This means there are no annual community charges, each owner buys in their own services : security, pool, garden, villa manager and etc. Public areas & infrastructure are maintained by InfraLobo, planning regulations are governed by Loulé Camara (local planning authority). There are approx 47 standalone properties within Quadradinhos, In addition to the Quadradinhos Villas there are 3 Apartment Complexes (Jardins do Golfe, Golfe jardins & Vale San Antonio Apartments).
