The study was developed by ImoEconometrics (consultant specialized in real estate market research) in collaboration with Engel&Völkers team.
The year of 2016 was one of the best years ever for Engel&Völkers, which for the first time achieved a turnover of more than 500 million Euros due to the expansion in Portugal and Spain.
