“Aos Bordos p’lo Algarve”

The first edition of “Aos Bordos p’lo Algarve”, at the end of July, marked regattas return to the Algarve coastline, after the confinement. During 3 days, the event gathered more than two dozen sailing regattas and took place between Albufeira, Portimão and Lagos, involving the support of 4 international marinas, with high berth capacity, including Vilamoura.

Organized by Marina Yacht Clube de Albufeira, Best ESports Team and Regional Association of Vela do Sul, with a social, non-competitive nature, the event aimed the international recognition of nautical recreational and sports activity in Algarve region.

Surrounded by the beautiful natural landscape that this coastline offers, “Aos Bordos p’lo Algarve” allowed the return of sailors and sailing to the Algarve sea, promoting the region's potential as a nautical destination.
