Dear customers,
In response to the increased regulation surrounding the Corona virus, Engel & Völkers has taken a number of necessary precautions. Business and financial service providers are allowed to carry on their activities, including brokers and valuators.
We do, however, apply the following precautionary measures:
- Our offices in Amsterdam South, Amsterdam Centre and Heemstede are not open for walk-ins for the time being. However, you can schedule an appointment at our offices.
- There will always be one person present to answer the phone. You can reach us at the following number: Amsterdam Centre: 020 716 2418, Amsterdam South: 020 262 2118. Heemstede: 023 201 0202
- Our brokers are available for viewings, valuations and sales and rental advice. Also purchase contracts and deed of transfers can take place, but under adjusted conditions. Your estate agent will inform you about these conditions.
Viewing and other appointments
- The planned viewings will take place.
- Our estate agents will wear a mask and we would like to ask you to do the same.
- We take precautions and follow the guidelines from RIVM and the regional authorities.
- We kindly ask you to rescedule your viewings and other appointments if you have any virus symptoms
- We kindly ask you to come alone (or maximum with 2 people) to viewings. Please take social distance serious.
- On request we can provide video viewings
