Meet our new real estate expert for Bonnevoie and Hesperange: With his background in the French Army as a Mountain Trooper, Raphäel Brugerolle knows not only how to navigate through extreme weather and unpredictable conditions, but also to stay on target at all times. Raphaël was based in Chambéry, where he acquired specialised skills in mountain climbing, skiing and survival training. “I very much liked the team spirit in our unit”, says Raphaël. His work in the French Army has enabled him to accomplish various missions in an independent and hands-on manner, a highly important factor for the 35-year-old: “As a Mountain Trooper, discipline is one of the most crucial skills you learn to have. This is something I apply as well to my profession as a real estate agent. My mission now is to accompany people to sign their mandate with me. Like in the Army, there is no room for mistakes”, he laughs.
Raphäel has made Luxembourg his new home. “It’s not the cheapest place to live in, however, you are sure to get an extraordinary quality of life. It certainly is a great pleasure to live in such a dynamic, open-minded and safe country.” For Engel & Völkers Luxembourg, Raphaël Brugerolle is taking care of Bonnevoie and Hesperange, two distinctive neighbourhoods with a lot to offer. “While Bonnevoie has a very convivial and multicultural aspect and a continuously growing demand, Hesperange offers you a more outdoorsy feel, while being incredibly dynamic and super close to the capital”, the real estate agent explains.
With a busy schedule, it’s important to stay focused in all aspects of your life. That’s why Raphaël enjoys taking his days off to go skiing in the mountains, play a round of golf or go for a run. One of Raphaëls personal highlights is cycling through the Vallée des Sept Châteaux: “It’s an area full of spectacular views and hidden gems - definitely one of my favourite ways to recharge the batteries.”
