Until March 1, the original exhibition that tells a Venetian story will be open, that of the restaurant All’Angelo near Piazza San Marco, which has become a destination for prominent artists. This is mainly thanks to the passion of the owners who over the years have set up a unique collection of works from the late twentieth century, from De Pisis to Casorati, from Alberto Giacometti to Guttuso and Sironi.

A collection of portraits, coins and publications tells the story. Until May 3rd.

Fishing enthusiasts cannot miss this jewel exhibition that collects the nineteenth-century models made by the craftsman Angelo Marella di Chioggia for Count Alessandro Pericle Ninni. Towards evening in Venice - Palazzo Ferro Fini
Until March 12, the Palazzo del Consiglio Regionale Veneto hosts the works, selected by Philippe Daverio, of one of the most important Venetian artists of the second half of the twentieth century: Antonio Amodio. A series of paintings and sculptures that portray Venice, trying to stop for an instant the emotions that only this city can communicate.

Henri Cartier-Bresson. Le Grand Jeu - Palazzo Grassi

From 22 March to 10 January 2021 some of the works that the French master of photography had indicated as the most representative of his entire work will be on display. Five exceptional curators were chosen to exhibit: the photographer Annie Leibovitz, the director Win Wenders, the writer Javier Cercas, the director of the photographic prints department of the Biblioteque nationale de France Sylvie Aubenas, the collector Francois Pinault.

This, however, is only a taste of art and culture to be experienced in this first part of 2020.
