The two days began with speeches by License Partners Alessandro Lotito, by Valentina Valenti, new head of marketing and digital at Engel & Völkers Italia and by Filippo Castelbarco, regional manager for licenses in North East Italy. With Paola Dezza, a journalist pf "Il Sole 24 Ore", we explored some trends in the real estate sector, while former basketball champion Riccardo Pittis, now an inspirational coach and motivational speaker, made us reflect on the value of being a team, starting from his experience as an athlete. Marta Piuri, our human resources manager, closed the first day, which was also an opportunity to reward the Agents and Offices that achieved the most prestigious goals in 2022.

We spent the second day in full spirit of team building, together with the Infinity Unconventional Education trainers. Given the place, the activities that involved us were based on the idea of ​​the medieval jousting. From the invention of a motto, to the creation of your own banner, up to the graphic representation of a "value", we are committed to obtaining the best results.
