“Venice is a great place to work in the real estate sector - says Emiliano - since staying here is like living in a museum and, being able to move around without a car, we all walk through this museum, greeting each other as we do in small towns. Moreover - and this is the second important advantage - Venice is an international city of art. There are a lot of bars and restaurants, so there is a wide choice. Above all, there is an international flow of people and ideas that many cities envy us”.
Venice therefore combines the tranquility and warmth of a provincial city with the cosmopolitan spirit of a Mediterranean capital, which for centuries has been the link between the West and the East. Then - Emiliano explains again - there is something that only Venice has: “The first philosophy lesson at the University (a subject that our Private Office advisor studied at Ca' Foscari) is that in every moment of your life, you are putting your philosophy into practice. So, I tend to develop a connection with my clients because I think Venice chooses people, just like it chose me."
