On May 23,the Engel & Völkers shop in Siena organized, in collaboration with our colleagues from the Engel & Völkers office in New York City, an event to introduce our most exclusive properties.
The event,which was held at Park Avenue offices, was very well received and was attended by more than 40 potential customers and buyers.
Everyone has shown particular interest in Italy and Tuscany in particular, so that in the two days following the event, there have been many one-to-one meetings with potential investors who have proved to be very sensitive to the possibility to buy a farmhouse, a cottage, an apartment in the countryside or in one of the beautiful villages of our province, but also to rent an exclusive villa with pool for their summer vacation.
Also remarkable was the interest for farmhouses to be restored.
