Showcooking, books launch, tastings and a calendar full of appointments for a sparkling weekend.

The journalist Giuseppe Carrus, will guide you to discover some of the most ancient wine varieties of the island while the Japanese Chef Hiro and Alberto Sanna, a young Sardinian chef included by Forbes among the 300 most talented chefs, will perform a tasty cooking demonstration.

 Not just tasty food but also healthy: Marcello Coronini, university professor and food critic - founder of La Cucina del Senza® - will showcase fat-free dishes, with no added salt and sugar, for healthy eating without compromising on taste.
