Raimonda, a true Florentine at heart, has been living in Milan for 16 years, yet it seems like she moved just last week, as everyone remembers her for her strong accent, which she never lost and deeply cherishes.
Arriving in Milan in 2008 for love, after working for 10 years as a sales manager in a construction company, she decided to switch industries. For many years, she worked as an office manager for a prominent firm in Piazza Affari. In the meantime, she had two children, and in 2019, she decided to rekindle her great passion: real estate. She obtained her license to become a real estate agent and worked as a freelancer, achieving satisfying successes. However, due to the events of 2020, she decided to focus on her children once again.
Now that they have grown up, she has decided to re-enter the game and dedicate herself once more to what she loves. In 2024, she joined the E&V Porta Romana team.
Rai, as everyone calls her, is cheerful, dynamic, and detail-oriented. She is passionate about design and loves strolling through the streets of Milan, always seeking new perspectives of this city that she has come to love over time, which has truly found a place in her heart. She enjoys cooking, always appreciating a good plate of pasta and a glass of bubbles, and knows all the gelaterias in the city. She deeply loves the sea, but thanks to her husband, she has learned to appreciate summer holidays in the mountains, where she organizes long walks and barbecues with her family and friends.
After years of occasional inactivity, she still tries to play volleyball, listens to music everywhere, and enjoys organizing trips with her family.
Why did you choose to join E&V Milan?
I have known E&V for many years, because I had approached them when I was looking for a house in Milan. I touched their professionalism and organization, I particularly appreciated the seriousness and concreteness reserved for the client. And the charm of an international reality was the icing on the cake.
What do you like about your work?
I enjoy communicating with people, learning about new realities, and it makes me happy to visit new homes. In all of this there is always something to learn and knowing is never enough.
What have been your greatest successes at Engel & Völkers?
The greatest success is getting in tune with a client, understanding their desires, finding the home that really makes them feel at home, but even more so that as the years go by, every so often they call you for breakfast together.
