Mirko was born and raised in Ascoli Piceno, a splendid city in the heart of the Marche region, rich in art, history and culture. After completing his studies, his bold and dynamic spirit led him to take on a new challenge on the other side of the world, he moved to Australia and stayed there for almost 2 years where he took his first steps in the construction sector and began to cultivate his passion for the real estate. Returning to Italy in 2015, he discovered the world of Real Estate and joined a large Italian group where he worked successfully until 2021, becoming a partner and Office Manager. The desire to create something of his own led him to change course, he opened his own real estate agency on the Adriatic coast where he became a point of reference for families looking for tourist properties and holiday homes.
Mirko met the world of Engel & Völkers in 2024 when, visiting Milan with his wife and son, he decided to send his application to the company in view of the opening of a new shop. Shortly thereafter he moved to Milan and today he is part of the E&V team in the shop on Corso Sempione.
If real estate is his great passion, football is his outlet, both on the pitch and in the stands. In his free time he loves to travel and discover new places together with his wife and their child.
Why did you choose to join E&V Milano?
After several years of experience in a large Italian group and a few years as Owner, I felt the need to experience a new adventure in an international and renowned organization like Engel & Völkers. I remember that a year ago, on holiday in Riccione, I said to my wife in front of an E&V shop window: "one day I will work for this reality", shortly thereafter, the day arrived and for me it represents a great job opportunity in a prominent city like Milan.
What do you like about your job?
I love every facet of my work, I do it naturally, professionally and passionately. All of this is very clear to customers, who appreciate it and place their trust in me. I love talking to people and hearing their stories, you learn a lot. In our world, working while having fun is not a utopia, but a concrete reality.
What have been your greatest successes in Engel & Völkers?
Becoming part of the E&V world is certainly a great success for me. My greatest satisfaction is seeing the happiness in people's eyes when they realize they have taken an important step in their life also thanks to your help.
