Giulio was born and raised in Milan, in a context of strong family entrepreneurship. After completing his studies in accounting, he developed an interest in international geopolitical phenomena and embarked on his academic journey at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan, graduating with a thesis on international relations and diplomatic conflict resolution. During the same years, he became involved in the real estate market and its management, gaining the opportunity to enter the field of brokerage, first in Switzerland and later in Milan. Fascinated by the professionalism of the industry, the luxury market seemed like the most obvious choice. From here, his collaboration with Engel & Völkers Milan allowed him to start his career alongside skilled agents and a cohesive and efficient team.
Giulio is a positive, collaborative, and always available person. He enjoys being in the company of others, listening to people, and getting to know them deeply. His curiosity draws him to various humanities subjects such as philosophy, psychology, and sociology, which has led him to develop a strong interest in interpersonal relationships, both in the workplace and socially. His passion for international relations keeps him constantly informed about current developments in this field.
In his free time, he enjoys sports and his passion for motorcycling, always making time for outings with friends.
Why did you choose to join Engel & Vӧlkers?
I chose to be part of the E&V Milano team because I have always been fascinated by the luxury real estate market. The internationalization of the brand and, especially, the treatment of the customer, personalized and attentive to their specific needs brought me closer to the reality of Engel&Völkers Milano. I firmly believe the quality of personal relationships is a cornerstone of this sector, both between colleagues and with customers, and contributes in forming a strong professional competence, a feeling that I felt commonly shared since my first interview.
What do you like about your job?
I like to be continuously in touch with people and offer a complete, personal and professional service, rather than focusing on the enhancement of the single property. My main goal is to achieve the mutual satisfaction of the parties, which I consider the essence of the role of the mediator.

I am deeply satisfied to be part of a new and dynamic team and I feel I understand day by day more the dynamics that guide this profession and the development of effective market strategies.
