Federica, was born and raised in Milan but with her heart divided between Puglia and Trentino, her parents' places of origin. She has always cultivated a desire for independence. This determination manifests itself already during the last year of high school, when she starts his journey into the world of work. Her path begins in the retail sector, an experience that proves to be crucial for her personal growth. However, after four years, she realizes that her path does not fully align with her aspirations, prompting her to take a new direction.
Thus, Federica starts working as a coordinator in a real estate agency, discovering a fascinating interest in the world of Real Estate. After two years of intense experience, she is ready for more adventures. In November 2023, she joins the E&V Milan team at the Porta Romana shop. Here she starts a new chapter in her professional career.
Describing herself as an outgoing, precise, and selective individual, Federica loves exploring the world and immersing herself fully in local cultures. With a deep passion for animals, she dedicates a significant part of her time to her greatest love: horseback riding, indulging in long nature walks. She has a background as a gymnast, a sport that taught her a sense of duty, a value she carries into every challenge. Residing in Milan with her cat, in her free time, she enjoys sharing moments of leisure with friends over a relaxing aperitif.
Why did you join Engel & Völkers?
I was impressed by the importance of E&V in the national and international market. When this opportunity presented itself to me, I immediately thought it could be a reason for professional growth.
What do you like of your job?
I love the daily confrontation and collaboration between all team members. I think that making people feel part of a project brings out the best part of themselves.
What have been your greatest successes at Engel & Völkers?
Despite recently joining E&V, achieving a quick grasp of the core concepts and feeling autonomous in certain tasks has been a rewarding accomplishment. The relationship with colleagues has significantly contributed to this positive experience, as they have proven to be immediately supportive and inclusive.
