Lets introduce you to our team: E&V Milano presents Benedetta Trumino

Benedetta is creative, detail-oriented, and began her professional career working as the head of the photography team in holiday resorts in Italy and abroad. She later collaborated on various corporate events, fashion, and real estate projects, where she was able to fully express her creativity. For several years, she has been working in the real estate field, intrigued and fascinated by interior design.
In addition to photography, she is also skilled in the use of professional drones, creating cinematic footage of natural and architectural landscapes. 

In 2024, driven by the ambition for professional growth, she joined the E&V Milan team as a Real Estate Photographer and Videomaker.
Benedetta is a cheerful, collaborative, and determined young woman, but her artistic sensitivity also shines through thanks to her passion for drawing and photography, often finding inspiration in her travels.

Why did you choose to join Engel & Vӧlkers?
I knew the Engel & Völkers brand from my area around Lake Como and have always been fascinated by the shop windows in cities across Italy. I joined E&V Milan because I love capturing the unique details of both interior and exterior spaces. I find it truly rewarding to discover new properties and places around the city of Milan, as every home has its own story, identity, soul, and creativity.
I enjoy highlighting the unique features of each property through my camera. I am excited to bring my artistic contribution to the real estate world and to be part of a team that values the importance of visual presentation for properties. I am confident that this experience will greatly enrich my personal and professional development in the future.

What do you like about your job?

What I love about my job is the ability to capture the true essence of each property. Every home has a story to tell, and through my photographs, I try to convey that sense of warmth, well-being, and peace that makes each home unique. The variety of homes and locations in Milan where I work makes my job rewarding and stimulating every day, giving me the opportunity to constantly refine my photographic skills. I have always placed great importance on the work environment, and the chance to collaborate with new, open-minded, and curious people is a major source of inspiration for my growth.

What were your greatest successes at Engel & Völkers?

My first major success was the opportunity to join the E&V world and collaborate with a highly professional, well-established, and collaborative team. My enthusiasm and willingness to challenge myself have been rewarded with exciting and highly engaging work opportunities.
The trust, passion, and determination that my colleagues share to achieve new goals and always do their best motivate me, and I contribute to reaching the final goal by facilitating their work through my photography.
