Why did you join Engel & Völkers?
As a teenager I always lingered with a dreamy gaze in front of the windows of the Engel & Völkers shop in Ascona close to my grandparents’ house. I’ve always recognized the internationality, exclusivity and professionalism of the brand. As soon as I became a Real Estate Agent my ambition was being part of the company and joining the team represented the achievement of a milestone.
What do you like of your job?
There are many aspects that I love about this job: the dynamism, the continuous challenges, the possibility of meeting new people every day and the opportunity to accompany them on a very important path, seeing dreams and goals realized. I love everything about homes, architecture and design and I like giving renovation advices o furniture choices suggestions to my clients.
What have been your greatest successes at Engel & Völkers?
For me the greatest successes are linked to the customer satisfaction. I often received a bouquet of flowers, a gift or note from the client on the day of the deed. I’ve also been invited to dinner at home in order to appreciate the results of a renovation project. On these occasions I felt gratified and I know that the commitment and the passion I put on my daily work are rewarded.
