A real estate agent by vocation and a mediator by nature, Lorenzo joined E&V Milano in 2012 and found his family under this banner, literally. Passionate about music and cinema, he learned to pilot planes and race motorcycles, but today he is focused on learning how to perform the most important role: being a father to two children.
Lorenzo discovered his love for the profession early on thanks to his uncle, and after years of experience in Bologna, he moved to Milan to discover a city that welcomed him, stimulated him, and helped him grow. He finds his inspiration in the samurai who seek perfection in every breath, never forgetting that a smile opens more doors than any sword.
Why did you choose to join E&V Milano?
At E&V, I found a structured and organized system that allowed me to work the way I always wanted, with marketing tools and work processes designed to make contact with a stimulating and demanding clientele more effective. As soon as I entered the office on Via Buonarroti, I felt that I had found the right environment to perform at my best and a team where I could grow and improve. After twelve years, I still feel the same excitement every morning.
What do you like about your job?
The aspect I love most is the awareness and responsibility of being important in one of the fundamental moments of people's lives. The choice of a new home for one's family or the sale of the house filled with memories are crucial steps that we face only a few times in life. In those moments, I want to be a pillar to rely on, a lookout who anticipates dangers, and a professional in finding solutions. Because such an important moment must leave strong and positive emotions.
What have been your greatest successes at Engel & Völkers?
E&V has allowed me to achieve the greatest successes of my real estate career, and the most profound emotion I experienced was with an extraordinary young man who confided in me at the front door that this was his first visit ever. Once inside, he smiled at me and said, "This is it. I want it." Seeing that house today, turned into a project of art, architecture, and communication visited by all the media, is an indescribable satisfaction.
However, the greatest pleasure comes when I meet families in the area who have found the right home with my help. Seeing them with their children born or raised in those rooms where I saw them dream and exchange glances full of plans, discovering that often a work experience turns into a true friendship.
