A born and bred Milanese, he holds a degree in Economics awarded by the University Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. After a brief experience in the business management consultancy, starts his career in the advertising sector starting a profitable collaboration with a nascent Italian digital pioneer advertising company becoming a partner. Gianluca experiences the phases of the net economy as a protagonist: from its beginnings to moments of expansion up to its consolidation. In 2018, after a brief interlude in the events and branded entertainment market, looking for new spurs decided to leave the world of communication and to join the real estate market where he had taken his first steps as a small estate investor with great satisfaction and gratification. In 2019 Gianluca officially joined the E&V Milano Porta Romana team becoming soon a reference for his colleagues as well as one of the top performer of the Group in a very short time.

 
Gianluca is a overwhelming, sunny and profound person who loves good food, travelling and warm weather. The music is his greatest passion which he cultivates by taking singing lessons and performing in various clubs in Milan. He also likes running in the middle of the nature or in the city where he discovers hidden corners and properties to acquire.

What do you like of your job?

I like to deeply interpret the needs of customers py proposing solutions that match their criteria. At the same time, highlighting and telling the characterizing aspects of the properties I deal with, showing the details and the essence of the property in order to justify their true value, not just economic, it’s something that I really like.
