Lets introduce you to our agents: E&V Milano presents Daniela Scaravilli

She’s a Milanese born and bred but with proud Sicilian origins; Daniela is a refined woman, stubborn and always ready to get back in the game. After her studying in Economics she follows her husband to London where for 3 years devoted her existence to her two daughters. In 2000 returned to Milan and, after four years spent in a law firm, she realized that her path was different. She obtains a degree in Interior Design and, not satisfied, driven by an unconditional love for architecture and homes, she decided to take the license as Italian real estate agent. It is June 2015 when Daniela officially joins E&V Milan in the newborn office in Porta Venezia.

In addition to her love for good food and her interest in oenology, skiing and the mountains are her greatest passions born as a child on the peaks of Valtellina and resulted in ski mountaineering. The perseverance and technique needed to climb with skis on, the constant search for a more exclusive and real mountain immersed in silence are also reflected in the everyday work and allowed Daniela to achieve great results and to place always at the E&V Milan ranking as Top Performer.

Why did you join E&V Milan?

Internationality, innovation and dynamism of the E&V brand have always struck me. Engel & Völkers is like a futurist painting by Boccioni, when everyone was still standing he was already on the move.

What do you like of your job?

Since I was a child, I loved walking down the street and looking up at the lights of the illuminated windows and imagining the lives of the people who lived there. Even today, I like to breathe the smells of the houses, to observe the structures, the doors, all the fixed element of a home. As soon as the furniture is removed, what remains is the soul that makes each house unique.

What have been your greatest successes at Engel & Völkers?

Every sale is a success, a reason for satisfaction like when you reach the top of a mountain after a strenuous climb. I remember with pleasure the sale of a villa which on paper was particularly complicated but, thanks to a fair estimation and the relationship of trust established with the owner, it turned out to be much simpler than expected.
