Your Responsibilities
- Acquisition of properties which are in line with Engel & Völkers core values
- Valuation of properties and creation of detailed real estate concepts
- Contact person and consultant for clients during the entire sales process through to the signing of the contracts & after sales service
- All sales associates will be independent contractors


Your Profile
- Licensed Real Estate Agent (obligatory)
- Professional work ethic
- Sales experience
- Entrepreneurial way of thinking and working
- Acquisition and negotiating talents
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good written and spoken German and Italian, English (Basics)
- Knowledge of MS-Office package

- Support of our team in day-to-day business operations
- Involvement in property valuations and viewings
- Preparation of sales documentation, e.g. creation of property profiles
- Collation of property information from those people responsible
- Involvement in the organisation of events, appointments and presentations

Your profile

- At least two months time available to complete the full internship
- A high degree of commitment and a strong sense of team spirit
- Good manners and an amiable personality
- Experience working with MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
