The Villa, designed by architect Jacopo Mascheroni and whose construction was completed in 2021, has two levels with a total of 184 square meters.
The soft lines and rounded corners that characterize its design accentuate the fluidity of the pentagonal base, creating a pleasant continuity between the geometric forms of the residence and the surrounding nature. The large windows and “pinwheel brushes,” from which the villa takes its name, open to the outside offering a panoramic view of the estate and increasing the brightness of the residence, which is already enhanced by the choice of white for the interiors and facade.

Intended for single-family use, the villa fits into an estate of more than two thousand square meters and includes, on the first floor: a living room, a dining room and a kitchen, which share a common, open space, while the two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which complete the villa's amenities, are positioned behind discreet transparent glass windows at the back. The basement, on the other hand, houses a technical room, a storage room and a large area adaptable to an exclusive cinema room or gym.
