Flavia Dutto, who formerly worked as airport manager, has been working for many years now as a real estate agent, dealing with luxury villas. Here’s how her life changed.
Going from airports to luxury villas for sale on Lago Maggiore wasn’t so easy.
In 2016 she joined Engel & Völkers Lago Maggiore and since then her life has been enriched by new discoveries, new encounters and breath-taking Villas, where it is not uncommon to bump into her, since her routine as real estate agent mainly consists of showing her clients beautiful properties.
From airports to luxury villas. What led you to this drastic change?
The historical Villas are top selling. Their seductive power lies in their charm of the past. However, in recent years there has also been a sudden growth in requests of newly built villas, which main feature is the use of state-of-the-art domotic systems, and requests of apartments in housing complexes.
What do these properties have in common, apart from the breath-taking view?
Our Lake is the ideal place for Italian and foreign families, thanks to the quietness and stillness it can offer. The most searched for places are obviously Stresa, Laveno, Luino and Cannero, which combine the love for the Lake and the passion for sports and fun. Those who like living in tranquillity, usually choose prestigious Villas for sale Lago d’Orta or those on Lake Monate and Lake Comabbio.
When do you realise the potential client is won over?
Who knows, maybe one day. A luxury real estate needs attention and care, so I want to commit myself completely to my job for now, using my expertise, my positive energy and, why not, a bit of elegance.
