17th April: a day to remember

Another important training day took place on 17th April at the beautiful Villa Esengrini Montalbano in the heart of Varese. The intense meeting was held by the legendary Sergio Borra, CEO of Dale Carnegie Italia, a world-leading company in the field of Business Training & Education.

We also discussed the importance of showing interest for your colleagues or your own employees: it is essential to feel appreciated, because this helps us express our very self and consequently give space to new ideas, which are beneficial for the company itself. Everything was set in a practical framework, far from the “we are a family” clichè, which sometimes hide situations of non-respect or misunderstandings.
