The medieval town of Macerata was originally created from two settlements: the bourgeois and ecclesiastical center merged with the city, now known as Macerata. In 1138 the two parts of the settlement were united to form a commune. The present cityscape is decorated by various city palaces. Around the main square Piazza della Libertà, which was built in 1581, there are numerous interesting sights, such as the Clock Tower, the Town Hall and the Church of Sao Paolo. Particularly impressive is the Sferisterio, an imposing freestanding opera stage. In the 19th century, the Sferisterio was built as a sports center for the most popular sport in Italy, the Pallone. Today the opera festival is held here in the summer.
While the White House property measures 16,764 square meters in the US, the property is almost 18 times as large as this: The large and luxurious villa is located in the hills of Macerata on a 30-hectare property, which includes its own park with a Tennis court and pool. A wellness area, where you can relax after the visit of the in-house fitness studio is already planned. The view on a walk through the park could not be more picturesque, because both the mountains and the lake are fantastic. On 1200 square meters, the corridor going from one of the 12 bedrooms to the kitchen of the property can turn into a small walk. A total of 24 rooms offer you and your family plenty of space for all your belongings.
A large living space, a green park, various possibilities for sporting activities - in short: This property in Macerata is hard to surpass in luxury. Macerata is a place that could not be more idyllic. Enjoy your life in this unique city to the fullest.
