Do you plan to renovate your house in 2019? Then there is good news for you: in fact the Home Bonus has been extended through the “Legge di Bilancio 2019” until 31 December 2019. The 1-year extension covers the whole package of discounts for home work. Here's what you must know to address the restructuring costs:
. Eco-bonus 2019 - for all energy efficiency measures. A 65% deduction is dedicated to some action such as the global energy renovation of existing buildings, for example the insulation or the installation of solar panels, while the deduction is 50% for the replacement of fixtures and for the installation of sunscreens. New condensing boilers deserve specific mention; in fact this can be facilitated by tax deductions of 65%, if you install a class A condensing boiler, with the installing of advanced thermoregulation systems. If you simply buy a class A condensing boiler you can have a tax reductions of 50%.
. Renovating Bonus 2019 - tax deduction of 50% of the total incurred within the limit of 96 thousand euro of expenditure, to be divided into ten annual installments.
. Forniture Bonus 2019 (and household appliances) - for those who will carry out renovations and will buy furniture for any space of the house, including the bathroom, or large class A + domestic appliances.
A deduction of 50% of the expenses incurred with a limit of 10.000 euros, which must be requested in the tax return and will be divided into ten installments of the same amount.
. Green Bonus 2019 for gardens and terraces - the deduction is 36% of the costs incurred for the green housing interventions of the uncovered areas of existing buildings, real estate units, appurtenances and fences, as well as the construction of irrigation systems and wells.
. Earthquake Bonus 2019, already in force up to 2021 - where it is possible to deduct the expenses, from the personal income tax (IRPEF) or the income tax of the companies (IRES), in variable percentage in relation to the class of seismic risk achieved as a result of the works, for the safety works of buildings located in seismic zone 1,2 and 3 (ex opcm 3274/2003).
In the single residential units, for both residential and productive purposes, we start from a tax deduction equal to 50%, of the expenses incurred, and we can reach 70%, if the intervention determines the transition to a lower risk class, or to 80%, if the intervention determines the transition to two lower risk classes. The upper limit to calculate the deduction is 96.000 euros.
. Eco-Bonus for Condominiums 2019 - provides for tax deductions up to a maximum of 75% for energy redevelopment works in the common parts of the condo.
