A survey carried out by Italia Oggi in collaboration with the Sapienza University of Rome and Cattolica Assicurazioni has showed that Ascoli Piceno ranks first in Italy in terms of safety of life, and passes from 37th to the 5th position in terms of quality of life.
The relevance of these data is that who wants to invest in a house, whether for a holiday or as a first home, has the chance to choose a safe and at the same time wonderful location with a top quality of life.
The only Italian region with a plural name, Le Marche, can now boast its Ascoli Piceno province in terms of quality and safety of life, which is the ideal solution for new investors by giving them the chance to choose among different places such as sea, mountain, hills, city and villages, in addition to different house typologies and prices.
For sea lovers, the Piceno coast is the ideal place thanks to its free and equipped beaches, where you can also taste traditional fish dishes such as the "brodetto di pesce" (fish soup).
