Emotions, sport and fun: the Argentario Sailing Week confirmed to be one of the most important event for Italian sporting world, as well as a great success of public.
After 4 exciting days, on Sunday, June 23, this 20th edition of the famous regatta ended. Like every year, it brought the sailing world in Maremma region.
These are the winners awarded under the Tuscan sun:
Viola (William Fife III – 1908 – Kostia Blekin – Francia), Vintage class
Comet (Sparkman & Stephens -1946 – Woodward-Fisher – Svizzera), Vintage Marconi class
Ojalà (Sparkman & Stephens – 1973 – Susan Carol Holland – UK), Classics class
Toi e Moi (Dykstra Naval Architects – 2018 – Alessandro Maria Rinaldi – Italia), Spirit of Tradition class.
The fishing village Porto Santo Stefano hosted for a week the world of classic yachting. 25 were the boats and crews coming from different European countries, in addition to many enthusiasts present at the regattas and who enjoyed the elegant evening events.
