What’s your name and where are you from?
My name is Hitesh Jadhav and I am from India. I lived there for most part of my life and I also lived briefly in London and Zurich.
What do you do at E&V Technology?
I work in E&V as a software engineer.
What are some of the challenges you have faced so far?
I would not say that I have been faced with huge challenges so far which I could not handle. However, I am looking forward to facing upcoming challenges in the future.
My typical day at E&V includes..
l like to start early for office , normally i do technical work most part of my day. From time to time I walk through the office and talk to my colleagues. E&V provides very good platform to talk to different teammates via get-to-gather meetings.
What technology are you most excited about working with next?
I like to work and gather more technical expertise in Cloud, Kubernetes , Kotlin and backend technologies.
What was a great surprising thing you discovered after joining E&V?
Work culture and the environment around you. Everyone is so good in their field and always available for help. Including Managing director to SME.
