Your profile

-Business-oriented professional training or university degree

-Proven professional experience in the real estate sector with relevant sales successes

-Strong leadership skills

-Good persuasion skills and excellent interpersonal skills

-Perseverance, goal-oriented approach and entrepreneurial mindset

Duties and responsibilities
 Secretarial tasks (switchboard, management and organisation of appointments, correspondence, other administrative tasks)
 Supporting the office manager and staff in their daily work
 Organisation of and participation in events and appointments
 Participation in marketing and sales activities
 Creating presentations and property descriptions and other documentation in line with office requirements
Your profile
 Residence/domicile in the Alassio, Ligurian Riviera area
 Excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of a second foreign language is appreciated
 Excellent knowledge of the MS-Office package
 A high level of commitment and orientation towards teamwork
 Strong communication and organisational skills
 Great dynamism with the ability to work at a fast pace
 Commercial training appreciated
