What do you do at E&V Technology?
I develop the iOS app in the team Search.
What are some of the challenges you have faced so far?
The biggest challenge was to update the codebase from Swift 2.3 to Swift 4.1 in a short time.
My typical day at E&V includes..
During the day I program in Swift, take part in meetings, have a lunch, keep app’s code clean and maintainable, and make our iOS app to be a good part of the Apple’s ecosystem.
What technology are you most excited about working with next?
I’m excited about several things: 360-degree videos in iOS, the Rust programming language, and the X3 system by Kent Beck.
What was a great surprising thing you discovered after joining E&V?
I was pleasantly surprised that the company values the high quality of mobile apps and gave all necessary support to make it!
