What's more, the seaside is, for the majority of the future purchasers, the ideal setting. Cannes, Mougins and Saint-Tropez are currently among the most attractive cities on the Côte d'Azur and will continue to draw investors in 2019 with their fame, charm and, of course, their prime location. 
The results of the surveys confirmed the overall attractiveness of the Côte d'Azur and 2019 is forecast to be a very favourable year for the luxury real estate market.
