Zona Juzgados

The Zona Nuevos Juzgados is on the eastern side of Pontevedra city, below the La Seca district. Though it is only a few blocks from the main business district, Juzgados enjoys a suburb lifestyle. It is a relaxed neighborhood with green parks, homes with spacious yards, and cultivated lands. The area is peaceful and clean with friendly residents.

Juzgados has supermarkets, banks, schools, parks and other major services that are necessary for daily life. The hospital of Centro De Diálisis De Pontevedra is found nearby and has a well-equipped medical facility providing modern treatments including a facility for medical emergencies.

The streets in and around Juzgados are well-maintained and ideal for jogging, biking, or walking. The refreshing view of the verdant countryside makes running or walking around the area more enticing.

There are three neighborhood parks in Juzgados - the Damian Park, das Camelias Park, and the Park along Rúa dos Soutos. Residents take their kids to play in the designated children's playground or enjoy a picnic at the park’s benches. They also bring their pets for a walk and socialize with other pet owners.

For weekend dinners or get-together with friends, some of the restaurants that have become the go-to spots are the Café Bar Proyectos, Cafeteria Lex, and the Hc2 Cafeteria. Other bars such as Bar Rossli and Bar O Lagarto are the local’s favorite venues to enjoy a glass of Galician beer over relaxing conversations.
