Mijas the Heart of Costa del Sol

Mijas Pueblo is the beautiful village of Mijas, it is located 400 meters above sea level and about 10km from the coast. It is honest to say that it is one of Costa del Sol’s jewels. The outstanding neighborhood of Riviera del Sol lies in the Mijas Costa region, just between the urbanizations of Calahonda and La Cala de Mijas. In a strip of 500m from the sea and surrounded by fragrant pine forests, the different urbanizations that make up the Calaburra-Chaparral area are distributed along the 5km of coastline. Urbanizations that are mostly formed by Independent Villas with between 500 and 1500 m2 plot and an average area of ​​300m2 built. Among the urbanizations of Villas there are also some urbanizations with residential blocks of medium and high-quality apartments.


Most of the villas in this area and practically all the apartments have panoramic sea views and are a maximum of 15 minutes’ walk from the formidable and diverse beaches.
