Newly built villa up the beach club with amazing sea views.
The Seahouse Villa in Cala Llamp, Port Andratx is completed and the recent opening event, organized by Engel & Völkers together with Terraza Balear and the Minotti group, was a huge success. Over 200 guests attended the event and enjoyed a marvelous evening in an unbeatable atmosphere right in the heart of the Mediterranean region.
Among the guests were international architects and interior designers, directors of renowned lifestyle and decoration magazines and many clients and friends, who all together discovered the amazing result of hard work, passion, good taste and professionalism which made possible to built this exclusive gem. The villa has been furnished with the famous Italian brand Minotti in collaboration with the renowned interior designer Terraza Balear. The result of it created a spacious interior with modern lines together with and elegant but minimalist decoration leaving no wishes unfulfilled. The outdoor areas, which include an infinity swimming-pool, lounge area, outdoor kitchen, green zone and rooftop terrace enjoy a breathtaking view over the bay of Cala Llamp and the open sea, and all together blends perfectly in the Mediterranean surroundings.
The event started with a speech given by the famous interior architect and designer, Christophe Delcourt, Minotti, who introduced the philosophy of the Minotti furniture in combination with architecture and living confort to a group of architects, designers and press representatives. Later on, as all guests gathered together, the managing director of Engel & Völkers Mallorca Southwest (Hans Lenz), the managing director and founder of Terraza Balear (Mariana Muñoz) and the owner and designer of Minotti (Renato Minotti) gave as well a welcoming speech expressing their gratitude for this collaboration where “the combination of Italian design, German organization and the Spanish charm made possible to create and complete this Mediterranean luxury villa”, says Mariana Muñoz. After this, the guests tasted a great catering by the renowned caterer Maca de Castro and Rafa Martin from Alcudia, such as great cocktails prepared by Brassclub. The live band Nayla Yenquis Group with brazilian music completed this successful evening in an unique mediterranean atmosphere.
