You’ve heard it before, we’ve said it before, it is a fact: Mallorca is an idyllic Mediterranean island. There is just so much to love about this beautiful place. Not only is it home to over 200 picture perfect beaches and coves, but it also amazes visitors and locals with charming little villages, lively towns and stunning landscapes day after day. If you’re searching for THAT perfect picture for Instagram, Mallorca will give you many perfect results! This is why today we decided to give you some insider tips about where to go searching for the most instagrammable spots in Mallorca!
Located between the village of Valldemossa and Deià, Sa Foradada viewpoint is one of the most visited spots to watch the sun merge into the sea over a rock from where the place takes its name: foradada means ‘with a hole’ in Majorcan. If you are thinking about taking that special picture with the sunset as a backdrop, this is it. Wait until the sun is almost gone, strike a post and you’ll have it!
The area of Deià, Valldemossa, Sóller and the Tramuntana mountain range on Mallorca’s West is a beautiful place to live when thinking about moving to Mallorca. Sumbersed in the most fairy-tale-like landscapes you could think of, you’ll find beautiful town houses, villas, traditional fincas and refurbished apartments to buy and become your second home on the island. Take a look at what we’ve got to offer in the area!
Continuing our tour on the search for the most instagrammable spots in Mallorca, we just had to add Valldemossa on the list. Known as one of the most beautiful villages in Spain, Valldemossa is a candy for the eye, no matter where you’re looking! Get lost in one of its cobbled streets or take a pic beside one of its many lovely doors. One thing is for sure: Valldemossa looks like a movie set all the way! We’re not surprised Fréderic Chopin and George Sand got inspired in this little village in Mallorca’s West.
Thinking about THAT pic with turquoise water surrounded by cliffs? Caló d’Es Moro is where it’s going to happen. This little cove is the ultimate Mediterranean dream come true. Many say it’s Mallorca’s most beautiful spot, but this is why it’s also really popular amongst locals and visitors. If you’re thinking about getting that perfect pic for the ‘gram there, you’ll need to be there early to have a good spot!
Located in Mallorca’s Southeast, just like Caló d’es Moro, Es Trenc is one of the most famous beaches on the island. If you’re thinking about a long white sanded beach with perfect crystal clear water, Es Trenc is exactly what you’re looking for. Due to its length it will be easy to get a great spot to spend the day and take some of the most amazing pictures you could think of.
Mallorca’s Southeast is a little piece of paradise on earth. With some of the most amazing beaches of the island, charming villages and towns and a beautiful landscape, there are many investment opportunities in this area. With a large number of villas with sea view, spacious fincas, unique townhouses and holiday homes in Santanyi and surroundings, we will be happy to assist you in the search for your dream house.
You haven’t been to Mallorca if you haven’t seen the cathedral. ‘La Seu’ is a magnificent Gothic cathedral whose sandstone walls and flying buttresses seem to rise out of the sea, offering not only an impressive landmark to visit, but a perfect spot to take a picture. We would suggest to visit it twice: once during the day when we would even suggest you to take the tour and once at night, as it’s a whole different feel when you see the cathedral reflecting in the water.

Cap Formentor is located on Mallorca’s northeast tip and its lighthouse is Mallorca’s most northerly point. This is why it will offer you a dramatic view on a cliff situated 400 metres over the sea. On a good day you can even spot Menorca from above! On the way down you can also stop at Formentor beach, another beautiful Mediterranean spot that is very instagramable.
If you’re familiar with Mallorca’s North, you probably already know it offers high-value housing in a unique setting.
