Casafari LLC is an independent real estate software company that monitors and tracks the real estate market using artificial intelligence techniques. By identifying the properties offered and matching the same properties from multiple sources, the company is able to create an up-to-date and accurate picture of the real estate market, which makes further analysis of its composition and dynamics possible. The company works exclusively with Engel & Völkers in the Balearic Islands and has enabled us to analyse the public listings of 143 real estate agencies in Mallorca – e. g. for important publications like our market report. The following chart depicts the relative distribution of the property supply on Mallorca based on 15,000 listings:
