Your main tasks / responsibilities
The main tasks of a Team Assistant (m/f/d) are to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day business and to provide support to the sales team.
- Professional office management including phone handling, greeting clients, appointment coordination, correspondence and other administrative tasks.
- Advanced use of excel, AI, Apple and Windows applications.
- Providing support to the partners and the team in day to day business operations.
- Execution of sales and marketing activities.
- Creating property profiles and other necessary documentation.
Requirements
- Essential previous experience in a similar role.
- Analytical skills.
- Excellent communicative and organisational skills.
- High level of commitment and strong team spirit.
- Excellent proficiency in English and Spanish.
- German or another language is highly desirable.
- Confident, friendly demeanour with a strong focus on providing exceptional service.
- Sóller Office hours: Monday to Friday.
