Palma de Mallorca is a truly unique seafront city. Stylish, vibrant and elegant, Palma is lively all year round: high-end hotels, trendy restaurants, traditional cafés, stunning architecture, luxury shopping and a thriving cultural scene makes it the perfect city for all types of personalities. When it comes down to property hunting in Palma de Mallorca, there are two areas we have to highlight: Palma’s city centre and the exclusive neighbourhood of Son Vida.
Some of the most desirable properties can be found in Palma’s Old Town and the peaceful Calatrava district. Palma’s Old Town is where the majority of must-see attractions of the city are located, starting with the breath-taking cathedral ‘La Seu’. The cobbled streets around the cathedral are filled with beautiful century-old manors and its interior patios. Many of the properties you will find in this area have been converted into luxury apartments with beautiful rooftops offering sea views. One of the best things about Palma’s Old Town is that there is always something going on: top restaurants, bars, galleries and shops remain open all year around.
If you’re looking for exclusive spacious villas, Son Vida is the place to start. It is Palma’s most exclusive urbanization, offering luxurious properties with spectacular views over the bay. The road to Son Vida is guarded day and night; meaning security is definitely a priority. Still really close to Palma’s Centre and only minutes away from the superb marina of Puerto Portals, Son Vida and its three golf courses attract hundreds of local and international buyers. The average price for such properties villas in Son Vida is at a very high level of 4.7 million euros and is expected to remain stable in the future.
Chic, picturesque and luxurious all at once. Port Andratx, located about 5 kilometres away from the town with the same name, is a stylish port that has become very popular during the last 20 to 30 years. During the 80’s the port became famous for welcoming supermodel Claudia Schiffer and King Juan Carlos, amongst many other celebrities spending their holiday at this Mediterranean piece of paradise. Its well-equipped yacht club offers about 450 berths, which is why you will always spot beautiful yachts and boats while sitting at the marina and sipping a cocktail overlooking the Mediterranean.
Nearby you will be able to enjoy beautiful beaches and coves and an excellent 18-hole golf course at Golf de Andratx. Even though Port Andratx is a small port it has a large choice of delicious restaurants and cafés to spend your mornings or evenings. Port Andratx’s real estate offer caters to a wide range of tastes and budgets, going from 1.7 up to 25 million euros for one of its breath-taking villas with sea view and from 300.000 to 3.7 million euros for a lovely apartment. Dominated by the Tramuntana mountain range and its magnificent scenery, Mallorca’s western area is home to the beautiful villages of Sóller, Valldemossa and Deià. Valldemossa is set at the top of a picturesque valley, giving you a dramatic first impression while you’re driving up to the entrance to the village. Its royal monastery, the ‘Real Cartuja de Valldemossa’ was home to Frederic Chopin and George Sand back in 1838. Cobbled streets, a unique charm and an astounding backdrop make Valldemossa one of Mallorca’s most desirable villages. Deià is a meeting point for artists from all over the world who are looking for a special place to get inspired by. The village sits strikingly on a hillside between the rising mountains and the sea. It has a laid back bohemian feel with a selection of good restaurants and bars to choose from. Sóller is a small town surrounded by mountains. Narrow cobbled streets and a large leafy square attract visitors and investors. At the square the imposing church will definitely get your attention! There’s a tram connecting Sóller and its charming port.

Thinking about a spacious finca near Mallorca's most stunning beaches? The island’s Southeast is the place you were looking for. This area retains the calm essence Mallorca is known for. Located about 45 kilometres away from the Balearic Island’s capital city, Mallorca’s Southeast is home to the most impressive beaches we’ve got: Es Trenc is often referred to as Mallorca’s answer to the Caribbean; Es Caragol and Es Carbó are virgin beaches that can only be reached after a 20-30 minute walk or by boat; the Mondragó National Park is home to another bunch of spectacular coves and the list goes on… But not only its beaches make this area of the island really special! Charming towns to experience the authentic Mediterranean lifestyle are also on the menu. Santanyí, Campos and Felanitx keep their old urban layout of a main square from which narrow streets depart. One of the highlights at every town in the area is the weekly market! It’s definitely worth a visit. Would you like to have a look at the properties we have ve got for sale in Mallorca’s Southeast?
