2. How does the sale process work?

It is very easy and agile. We will compare your property and create an LLC to establish ownership. We establish the numerical fractions and find buyers for them.

3. What do I need to prepare to sell the house?

We work with the best local real estate agents to create all the necessary sales and marketing materials and find suitable buyers. The materials are customized to showcase your property in the best possible way. We also add some design features to enhance your home and make any necessary repairs.

4. How many shares of my home can I keep?

You can keep up to 50% of the house.

5. How are homeowners selected?

We have an approval process to ensure that we select like-minded, responsible homeowners. They also have to agree to a code of conduct and ownership standards.

6. Can I keep my home décor and personal belongings?

7. What if I want to sell my shares after a while?

You can sell your shares at any time after the first 12 months. You decide the selling price and you can sell by yourself. We can also take care of the sale by finding and selecting buyers, advertising your shares on our website, doing any additional marketing work and working together with estate agents to finalise the process.
