Engel & Völkers Spain, the national branch of the most prestigious European luxury real estate company of the moment, does not stop growing and expanding. And it is that, at the moment, we are in a whirlwind of new openings from which both entrepreneurs and clients can benefit. In this case, it is time to talk about the opening of the new store in Blanes Costa Brava Sud.

The opening of this new store took place on June 1. Specifically, the establishment is located in the municipality of Blanes,Girona, one of the most famous and visited places on the entire Costa Brava Sud, which has made its real estate market of great interest to investors. So much so that this inauguration had become a priority for the company.The owners of this new branch are Ramón Creus, Josep Munt andJoan Lluis Marigot, three entrepreneurs in search of an investment in the real estate market that guarantees, according to the data of the area, a high profitability. The three, together with their work team, were in charge of organizing a welcome cocktail for anyone who wanted to come to the premises. Without a doubt, the event was a great success.

This great success of the event would not have been possible without the collaboration of the Josep Klein catering service and the local cava Ses Vernes, who were in charge of offering a high quality culinary experience to the attendees. For their part, to make the event even more special, all of them were able to enjoy a magnificent session of live saxophone and double bass music. Without a doubt, an unforgettable show.
