Dear readers,

We are already in 2021 summer season and the beginning of the August holidays for many people. A vacation period that we all look forward to and that at Cerdanya can be enjoyed in a very intense way due to the diversity of activities available in all the towns and corners of the territory. Cerdanya is a target destination for many Catalans, as it offers a variety of activities for everyone. For those looking for culture and gastronomy, for those who prefer to rest and relax in nature and for those who prefer mountain sports.

Let me look back in history. The month of August 2010 when we opened the Real Estate store Engel & Völkers Cerdanya in Puigcerdà is already far away. We were immersed in a certainly complex global economic situation, but it turned out to be a perfect year to start the Engel & Völkers project in this territory and, year after year, this project has consolidated and grown exponentially becoming a benchmark brand within the Real Estate segment in the area.

In numbers these 11 years, we have advised more than 2,200 clients about their property in Cerdanya, offering them our services starting with a market valuation to intermediating in the sale and we have guided more than 6,200 clients who at some point have been in the search process of a new property. I thank all our clients, present and future, for the trust placed in us.

From the first day, it has been very clear that one of the basic reasons for our success is the exceptional nature of the territory, and therefore, one of our main objectives has been to have a great presence participating and collaborating in various sports activities  like golf, ski, paddle tennis, hockey, cycling, horse riding, ultralight flight, ... cultural activities like cinema, opera, music concerts ..., and contributing with the local entities for the fight against Covid-19.

Finally, I would like to highlight, in a very important way, all the people who have been part and who are part of the Engel & Völkers Team in Cerdanya. All of them have helped make this long journey a success. From here I thank you all for your professionalism and your contributions during these 11 years. Finally, allow me to introduce you to the Team at your disposal to continue making wishes come true.
