- Valuation and presentation of properties
- Professional and continuous support to the client
- Implementation of marketing and sales activities
Your profile
- Resident in the Gijón area
- Sales oriented with interest in properties
- Versed in dealing with demanding clients
- Motivated, ambitious and passionate
- Higher Education would be an asset
- A high level of commitment and a very independent/autonomous way of working
- Experience working with MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Tools (Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Meet)
- Must be fluent in English (other languages desirable)
- Own vehicle and willingness to move around the area
- Very good interpersonal skills and a strong sense of team spirit
- Excellent conduct, exquisite manners and professional appearance
