MIPIM was canceled

Many had already suspected it, now it is certain: MIPIM, the world's most important trade fair for investment and commercial real estate, has been completely canceled for 2020.

Normally, MIPIM takes place every year in March. Due to the corona crisis, this year it was postponed to June. Now the organiser Reed MIDEM has announced that the 2020 fair will not take place at all in its traditional form.

Alternative planned

But there are supposed to be alternatives. For September Reed MIDEM is planning a two-day meeting in Paris, which will bring together real estate experts and innovative technology companies. A new format, MIDEM Connect, is also in preparation. This will provide an online platform for communication and contact throughout the year.
