ESG strategy, energy consulting incl. iSFP/DINV18599: Based on your data and our on-site appointment, you will receive comprehensive advice on the energy measures and your ESG strategy, including an individual refurbishment roadmap (iSFP / DIN V 18599).


Procurement of subsidies (BAFA/KfW/local offers): Following consultation with you, we identify the ideal combination of funding options and support you from the provision of all the necessary documents through to the successful procurement and finally the disbursement of the funding.


Project management and implementation: We take over the operational implementation of the refurbishment measures and ensure efficient, timely and quality-oriented project management. In addition, our reporting provides you with up-to-date insights and full control over the project status.
