Prices of both residential and commercial real estate in Prague have been skyrocketing in recent years, will it go on? How have house prices increased over the last 10 years? You can look forward to a comparison of Prague and other major European cities. What about Zurich, Berlin, Munich or Vienna? Wondering who is behind the real estate market prices? Who are Prague real estate buyers? All of this will be discussed by the Team Leader Residential & Commercial Investment, Lukáš Křenek. Each of you can use this information to assess the situation and create his own opinion concerning development in the upcoming years.
Ramon Spoladore (Head of Central Eastern Europe & Nordics, Generali Real Estate) will also give his speech. He will talk about investment trends, strategy and asset management in the context of current real estate market conditions. What are the best investment segments in the future? Is it worth investing in the hotel industry, administration or retail?
What are the new rules of the Real Estate Brokerage Act? The Czech Republic has the largest number of real estate agents per capita within the EU and the numbers will be regulated by the new law. What does the law bring? All of this will be explained by Michal Pazdera (The Association of Real Estate Offices in the Czech Republic).
