It was a pleasure for us to welcome our guest already on the second autumn Thursday evening, in the beautifully decorated Pasp Hall (Paspův sál) in Smíchov. The theme of this year's autumn lecture was "Real Estate Co-Ownership".
The guests could not miss Dipl. Ing. Andreas von Schlik, Managing Partner of Engel & Völkers Prague, Ing. Lukáš Křenek, our very successful specialist in commercial real estate sales. Mgr. Antonín Kazda, who previously led Deloitte Legal, had also a speech. Which topics were chosen for this event? For example co-ownership between spouses or vice versa without SJM relationship, how to proceed in the division of real estate between heirs and the resulting consequences.
Theme with rich content, many answered questions and interesting things, plus nice refreshment and not only that. Everyone had the opportunity to discuss, many of our experienced salers were present at the lecture, with whom everyone had the opportunity to share their private questions and personal topics about the real estate business. The interest in the lecture was really great, the hall was pleasantly filled, but each had its own seat, because the number of participants was limited by the capacity of the hall itself.
