Not everyone can afford luxury. The word “luxury” is frequently overused in this day in age, associated with things that are commonly available. It might seem harsh, but genuine luxury is something that is not available to everyone. For everything that is luxurious, a sacrifice must be made. People that live in luxury often have no free time. When they get into their luxury car late in the evening, though, and drive to their luxury apartment in the city centre, they don’t regret a thing. Why should there be any wrong with that? Are you one of those people? Then enter Residence Bolzanova.
The building is surrounded by the very centre of Prague and is part of the New Town. Even at first glance it breathes history and the atmosphere of the old days. If we were to transport ourselves back to the time when this majestic building was constructed, we would find ourselves in the 16th century.
The Art Nouveau style then breathed new life into this historic building in the 19th century. The style, with its high artistic value, is indelibly written into the face of this beautiful building and into those of famous European cities such as Prague, Brno, Vienna, Munich, Berlin and Paris.
The whole of the historic building underwent renovation a year and a half ago. The Spanish investors that used to own the building were replaced by an Italian investor. It provided the building with the legendary Italian zest, and everything that comes with it. Reconstruction resulted in the creation of 27 luxury apartments in the building, fitted with luxurious Italian furniture under the supervision of an Italian apartment designer, while the enchanting IDW Italia showroom opened on the ground floor. More about that later, though …
